As church family we are young, older and in-between from every background and every area of Plymouth-and increasingly the world.

Ours is an enthusiastic, inclusive family that seeks to love and support each and every one that spends time with us-whether they want to just belong, just believe -or both.

What brings us together is our love of Jesus as God’s son and our desire to follow him, living life to the full- God’s way.

Evangelical…

Because we believe that faith in God and in Jesus Christ his son can help us shape and live our lives to the full. That’s such good news that we want to share it . Not just in words but in loving, practical ways within the church, out in the Mutley community and through the city.

Baptist…

As a ‘Baptist’ church we are part of a worldwide network of churches. Baptist churches can be found in almost every country in the world and are simply a ‘denomination’ or particular style of the mainstream Christian church. All are passionate about God’s world-and the people in it –from Mutley Plain to way beyond.

And a Christian?

A Christian is someone who believes that Jesus is the son of God, understands what that means and tries to live their life to the full according to the life and teaching of Jesus. That means being involved in church, involved with people and involved with what God is doing in the world.
