What’s the difference between loosing your temper and being angry?


You said we should be silent when angry, but can’t that be destructive in its self? (I often hold in anger towards a family member, however become moody later because I’ve been simmering)


How do you stop storing up anger? And not snapping?


I find it really hard to pray when I am angry. Have you got any tips on what I can do?


If you are generally stressed by work etc, how do you prevent outbursts of anger generally aimed at those closest to you?
